It's like a morbid elegance kind of style. Once again going with my detailed simplicity vectors, sorry about the lack of posting recently.

The photo I worked off of was from the amazing Odessa once more. Love her stuff, though the photo I worked off of is a bit different from the one she has submitted now. That's how long it took me to finish this

How long does a picture like this take you?? Really good, im working on a picture in this style at the momment but its taking me aaaaaages already. any tips?

Um I really don't know, but if I had to guess I'd say 6 hours or something around there total. The easiest way to get through it is do the hard stuff first, and when you start getting frustrated just go to another part. That's worked for me sometimes

I really enjoy this.

Just curious, how do you do the lineart to the vectoring? I'm kind of new to vectoring(I might submit some to deviantart soon, since I actually learned how to vector now, not just use the raster polygon lasso tool...), so I was just curious.

Umm...basically it's like doing anything else I guess. For me at least, I know you can do this stroke thing and that makes lines but, eh, I don't like it so much. You just make the shape of the line, like outline where you want it to be with your pen tool. It's really hard for me to explain >> I'm sorry.
